Rita’s Italian Ice needed to develop a brand experience to differentiate it from other frozen treat options and connect with a burgeoning millennial customer base. We helped drive local market and regional market activation with creative content, merchandising programs, social strategy, media programming and promotional activity and worked to increase repeat customer visits and transactions at the register.
Sigma created a confidently quirky brand voice that was uniquely Rita’s and introduced a multi-faceted consumer experienced that centered on the one thing only Rita’s does best: ICE. We educated guests on how to “Layer It, Blend It and Drink It” and created content that became the cornerstone of all integrated communication. Regional and local market activation worked to remind, entice and engage across broadcast, digital and social channels and featured custom, branded content and promotions that drove bottom line results.
