People hire people. " I really do think it's that simple - if people like you and what you stand for, they'll hire you. And stick with you. Of course, you have to be smart and eager and have brilliant ideas. And sometimes you have to cut through the advertising BS that's so easy to fall back on. I really do think it’s that simple – if people like you and what you stand for, they’ll hire you. And stick with you.

Of course, you have to be smart and eager and have brilliant ideas. And sometimes you have to cut through the advertising BS that’s so easy to fall back on. To be genuine and likeable, as an agency – now that’s great positioning!
